Corey Hart

Corey Hart is a Canadian singer-songwriter from Montreal, Quebec, who rose to international fame in the mid-1980s as one of the defining voices of synth-driven pop rock. His breakthrough single «Sunglasses at Night» became an instant new-wave anthem, propelled by its moody synthesizer riff and Hart's distinctive rasp, and it remains his signature song decades later. The follow-up hit «Never Surrender» further cemented his status as a teen idol and radio staple across North America and Europe.
