Corb Lund is a Canadian country and roots singer-songwriter from Alberta, born into a multi-generational ranching and rodeo family. That upbringing gives his songwriting an unusual authenticity within the country genre: he writes as someone who has actually worked cattle and lived on a working ranch, not as someone performing a cowboy image.
