Cleveland Brown is a fictional character from the animated sitcom Family Guy, later the lead of his own spin-off, The Cleveland Show. Created by Seth MacFarlane, he first appeared as the laid-back, soft-spoken neighbor and friend of Peter Griffin in Quahog before relocating to the fictional town of Stoolbend, Virginia, with his family for his own series.
