About the artist
CHUNG HA is a South Korean singer, dancer, and songwriter who first gained national attention as a contestant on the survival show Produce 101, finishing fourth and debuting in the temporary project group I.O.I in 2016, where she served as main vocalist and dancer. After the group disbanded in early 2017, she launched a solo career under the label now known as MORE VISION, debuting with «Why Don't You Know» featuring Nucksal.
Her breakthrough as a soloist came with the 2019 single «Gotta Go» (벌써 12시), a dance-pop track that reached number two on South Korea's Gaon Digital Chart and later appeared on Billboard's list of the greatest K-pop songs of the 2010s. She followed this with «Stay Tonight» in 2020, praised for its disco and ballroom-inspired production, cementing her reputation as one of K-pop's premier dance-pop performers.
CHUNG HA's music blends pop, R&B, and electronic elements, often built around strong choreography and vocal performance. Her debut studio album Querencia (2021) produced hits including «Dream Of You» with Dutch producer R3HAB, showcasing her ability to work across international collaborations while maintaining a distinct, dance-driven sound.
