About the artist
Chase Goehring is an American singer-songwriter from Nolensville, Tennessee, who first gained national attention through televised talent competitions. He appeared on the third season of the U.S. version of «The X Factor» before returning to the spotlight years later on season twelve of «America's Got Talent», where his original songwriting impressed judges enough that DJ Khaled hit the golden buzzer during Judge Cuts, sending him directly to the live shows.
Musically he blends acoustic-pop songwriting with rock and rap-influenced textures, often built around live looping and layered vocal harmonies, a style that sets him apart from more straightforward singer-songwriter acts. His 2016 EP «Jaded» showcased this approach early on, and songs like «A Capella», «Hurt» and «Mirror» further defined his introspective, melodic songwriting.
Since his television breakthrough, Goehring has continued releasing independent music that leans on emotional honesty and inventive vocal production, building a dedicated following drawn as much to his live-performance craft as to his recorded songs.
