Chase Atlantic

Chase Atlantic is an Australian band formed in 2011, built around vocalist Mitchel Cave, his brother Clinton Cave, and Christian Anthony, who write and produce their music collectively. Beginning with the EPs Dalliance (2014) and Nostalgia (2015), the trio first signed to MDDN, a management company founded by Good Charlotte's Benji and Joel Madden, before relocating to Los Angeles and signing with Warner Bros. Records in 2016.

Their sound fuses alternative R&B, trap-influenced rap, moody pop, and indie rock into a dark, atmospheric style that set them apart from typical pop-rock acts of their era, drawing a devoted online fanbase drawn to their brooding, late-night aesthetic. Songs such as «Swim», «Friends», «Into It», and «Okay» capture their signature mix of sultry vocals and hard-hitting production.

Over the years the band has built a large following largely independent of mainstream radio, cultivating a cult-like fandom through streaming and social media. Tracks like «Consume» and «DIE FOR ME» further show their genre-blurring approach, incorporating trap percussion and rock energy alongside R&B melodicism, cementing their reputation as one of alternative pop's more idiosyncratic acts.
