About the artist
Seo Chang-bin, known as Changbin, is the main rapper of the K-pop group Stray Kids and one of the three producers, alongside Bang Chan and Han, behind the trio 3RACHA, which writes and produces the bulk of the group's discography. Born in 1999 in Yongin, South Korea, he built his craft in the Korean underground rap scene before Stray Kids' debut, performing under the alias SpearB.
Changbin is known for a raspy, low-register voice and hard-hitting delivery that anchors much of Stray Kids' more aggressive material, but he has also written more introspective work, including «Streetlight», a track addressing mental health struggles connected to the Blue Tree Project. He appeared on «Show Me the Money» season 9 and released a solo «Cypher» showcasing his rap identity outside the group format.
As a producer under 3RACHA, Changbin has shaped Stray Kids' sound across releases that mix hip-hop, EDM and pop, and has extended into brand collaborations, including a solo track tied to a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip campaign. His work sits at the intersection of idol performance and hands-on music production, a combination that has become one of Stray Kids' defining traits as a self-producing group.
