Chandler Moore

Chandler Moore is an American worship leader, singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Charleston, South Carolina, now based in Atlanta, Georgia. Raised in a ministry family, he came up leading worship within his home church, All Nations Worship Assembly, before becoming one of the most recognizable voices in contemporary gospel and worship music through his association with Maverick City Music.

As part of the Maverick City collective, Moore helped popularize a style of worship music that blends gospel vocal tradition with R&B phrasing and modern production, moving the genre toward a broader, more genre-fluid sound than traditional CCM. He has written and featured on some of the collective's most streamed songs, including «Most Beautiful» and «Refiner» alongside Steffany Gretzinger, both of which found audiences well beyond typical gospel radio.

Moore's live recordings and performances emphasize spontaneous, extended worship moments rather than tightly produced radio singles, a hallmark of the Maverick City approach. He continues to describe his work in explicitly ministry-driven terms, framing his music career as an extension of his role as a worship leader rather than a separate pursuit.
