Celtic Woman

Celtic Woman is an Irish female vocal and instrumental ensemble that blends Celtic, classical crossover, and new age influences with adult contemporary sensibilities. The group was conceived as a music production for Irish television and first performed together in 2004 at Slane Castle, with the concert filmed and later broadcast on American public television station PBS, where its accompanying CD and DVD release became a surprise commercial success.
