Carla Morrison

Carla Morrison is a Mexican singer-songwriter born in Tecate, Baja California, working in indie pop and alternative pop with folk and singer-songwriter undertones. Her voice, intimate and often described as fragile yet expressive, became one of the defining sounds of Mexico's independent pop scene in the early 2010s, distinguished by emotionally direct lyrics about love, heartbreak and vulnerability.

She began her career with the EP «Aprendiendo a Aprender», working with musician and producer Mark Erickson, and later relocated to Mexico City to pursue her solo path more fully.
