bunii, born Niccolo Terre, is an American indie-pop-rock singer, songwriter, and producer who emerged from the SoundCloud underground scene. Self-producing much of his work, he became known for blending indie rock textures with pop songwriting and unconventional production choices, building a devoted online following through a steady stream of releases and features.

He began releasing music in late 2022, but his profile grew substantially in 2024 as he collaborated with artists like crayon and Kid Moon and made frequent appearances on the influential underground platform rapids, which broadened his reach within the scene. His breakout year included the project «opo» in August 2024, followed two months later by «SIX».

Going into 2025, bunii's name became increasingly recognized in the SoundCloud-underground community. He opened the year with «8:30 is too early», another self-produced EP showcasing his genre-blending style, followed by the double-single «barberry lane», which set the tone for his debut album «bastard». Tracks such as «so good», «MINE», and «crash» reflect his knack for combining emotionally direct songwriting with layered, guitar-inflected production.
