Bea Miller

Bea Miller is an American singer-songwriter who first gained public attention as a contestant on the second season of «The X Factor USA», finishing in ninth place. Following the show, she signed with Hollywood Records and Syco Music in 2013, launching a recording career shaped by influences she has cited from Nirvana to Miley Cyrus.

Miller's early work, including the «Young Blood» EP and her 2015 debut album «Not an Apology», leaned into radio-friendly pop, spawning the singles «Young Blood» and «Fire n Gold». She later shifted toward a more personal, emotionally raw songwriting style, most notably on her 2017 trilogy of EPs — chapter one: blue, chapter two: red, and chapter three: yellow — each built around a different emotional theme, moving from sadness through anger to acceptance.

Over the following years, Miller's sound continued to evolve toward moodier, alt-pop and R&B-tinged territory, incorporating elements of rap and electronic production while retaining candid, confessional lyrics about identity, relationships, and mental health. She has also toured as a supporting act, including dates on Selena Gomez's Revival Tour, and has continued to release new music independently as her sound matured beyond her early X Factor beginnings.
