AYLIVA

AYLIVA, born Elif Akar, is a German singer with Turkish roots from Recklinghausen in North Rhine-Westphalia. She rose to prominence with emotional, confessional pop songs about failed relationships, heartbreak and longing, quickly becoming one of the most popular voices in contemporary German pop and R&B-influenced pop.

Her 2021 debut single «Deine Schuld», which processed a toxic relationship with a former partner, brought her widespread attention and later achieved gold certification in Germany. In 2022 she supported Alicia Keys on tour dates in Berlin and Mannheim, and released her debut album Weißes Herz, which entered the German charts. Her breakthrough single «Sie weiß», featuring MERO, gave her a first number-one hit on the German singles chart in early 2023.

Her second album Schwarzes Herz followed later in 2023, spawning further top-ten hits such as «Was mir gefällt», «In deinen Armen» and «Weißes Haus». AYLIVA's sound blends melodic pop hooks with rap-influenced delivery and R&B textures, and her raw, diary-like lyrics about love and heartbreak have made her a defining voice of a new generation of German pop artists.
