ATEEZ

ATEEZ is an eight-member South Korean boy group formed by KQ Entertainment, made up of Hongjoong, Seonghwa, Yunho, Yeosang, San, Mingi, Wooyoung, and Jongho. They debuted in October 2018 with the double title tracks «해적왕 (Pirate King)» and «Treasure», part of the group's early TREASURE series of releases, and quickly built a reputation for high-energy, dance-driven performances and a strong self-produced identity, with leader Hongjoong involved in writing and production.

Musically, ATEEZ moves fluidly across pop, R&B, rock, and hip-hop influenced tracks, often built around cinematic concepts and pirate or fantasy-adventure imagery that runs through their album eras. This willingness to shift sound and narrative from release to release, rather than sticking to a single formula, has become one of the group's defining traits, alongside their reputation as a formidable live act with elaborate, athletic choreography.

Since their debut, ATEEZ has steadily expanded their international presence, touring extensively outside Korea and building one of the more devoted global fanbases among fourth-generation K-pop acts. Their catalogue spans numerous EPs and full albums, with tracks like «WORK» and «Guerrilla» reflecting the group's continued evolution while staying anchored to the intensity and showmanship that defined their earliest work.
