А-Студио (A’Studio)

A’Studio (А-Студио) is a pop group formed in Kazakhstan during the Soviet era, founded by musician Baigali Serkebayev. The band initially worked as the backing group for singer Roza Rymbayeva before establishing its own identity and going on to become one of the most enduring and popular pop acts across the former Soviet space, with a career spanning the late Soviet period through post-Soviet Kazakhstan and Russia.

Over the decades the group's lineup has changed several times, but it has remained known for polished, melodic pop songwriting rooted in Soviet-era estrada tradition while incorporating more contemporary pop and R&B-influenced production in later years. Georgian-born vocalist Keti Topuria became one of its most recognizable frontwomen, lending the group's later material a distinctive vocal identity that broadened its appeal to younger audiences.

A’Studio's catalogue includes numerous hits that remain staples of Russian-language pop radio, such as «Так же как все», «Тик-так» and «Мосты», reflecting a sound built on emotional ballads and radio-friendly melodies. The band's longevity and consistent presence in the Russian-speaking pop mainstream make it one of the defining acts to emerge from Kazakhstan's music scene.
