Артур Пирожков (Arthur Pirozhkov)

Artur Pirozhkov is the stage name of Alexander Revva, a Russian entertainer born on September 10, 1974, in Donetsk. Before becoming a music star he was already a household name in Russia as a KVN comedian and a cast member of the sketch show Comedy Club, as well as an actor and voice-dubbing artist in film.

He launched the Artur Pirozhkov musical project as a satirical, larger-than-life pop persona, blending humor with catchy dance-pop hooks. The track «Пэрэдайс» (Paradise) became a viral sensation and turned the project from a comedy bit into a genuine chart-topping act, followed by further hits like «Зацепила» (Caught) and «Чика» (Chica) that cemented his place in Russian mainstream pop.

His sound leans on simple, hook-driven pop-dance production, exaggerated delivery, and playful, ironic lyrics, often paired with flashy music videos that lean into his comedic persona. The blend of showman charisma and pop songcraft has made him one of the more recognizable novelty-pop successes in Russian music of the late 2010s.
