Artemas

Artemas, born Artemas Diamandis in Oxfordshire, England and now based in London, is a singer-songwriter and producer who built his following through an unusually prolific, independently released catalogue of songs starting around 2022. Rather than following a traditional label rollout, he steadily dropped new tracks every few weeks, cultivating a devoted online fanbase largely through platforms like TikTok.

His breakout moment came with «cross my heart», which went viral online and drove hundreds of thousands of streams within its first day, followed by other widely shared tracks such as «i like the way you kiss me» and «southbound». His sound blends alternative pop, R&B-tinged production and moody, electronic-leaning textures, often built around intimate, confessional lyrics about desire, heartbreak and self-doubt.

Artemas released his debut album, I'm Sorry I'm Like This, in 2022, though he later removed it from streaming platforms, explaining that it no longer reflected who he had become as an artist. Since then his music has continued to evolve, cementing his reputation as one of the more distinctive voices among the current generation of internet-native British pop artists.
