Andra And The BackBone

Andra and The Backbone is an Indonesian pop-rock band formed in Jakarta in 2007, fronted by singer-guitarist Dedy Lisan alongside guitarists Andra Junaidi Ramadhan and Stevie Morley Item. Andra had previously been the guitarist of the massively popular Indonesian rock band Dewa 19, and his new project quickly established itself as one of the country's leading rock acts of the late 2000s and 2010s.

The band built its reputation on polished, melodic rock songwriting anchored by Dedy's expressive vocals and Andra's guitar work, blending arena-rock energy with the romantic balladry that has long been central to Indonesian pop. Songs like «Sempurna» and «Musnah» became widely known hits on Indonesian radio and television, and the group released several studio albums that cemented its place in the country's mainstream rock scene.
