Ana Nikolić

Ana Nikolić, born September 27, 1978, in Paraćin, in what is now Serbia, is a Serbian pop singer-songwriter known for a provocative stage persona and dance-oriented pop sound. She broke through commercially with the song «Januar», which combined catchy pop hooks with an image built around glamour and seductive performance, quickly making her one of the more visible names in the Serbian turbo-pop and mainstream pop scene of the 2000s.

Her music sits at the intersection of pop, electronic dance production, and occasional rap-inflected elements, reflecting the broader Balkan pop trends of blending Western club sounds with local sensibilities.
