ALMA

ALMA is the stage name of Alma-Sofia Miettinen, a Finnish singer-songwriter from Kuopio, Finland. She first gained public attention as a teenager competing on the Finnish version of Idols, later working as a backing vocalist before launching her own solo career. Her breakthrough single «Karma» introduced her bold, colorful pop sound, marked by a distinctive raspy voice and an image built around bright pink hair and bleached eyebrows.

Beyond her own catalog of singles and EPs, ALMA has become known as an in-demand songwriter and featured vocalist, contributing to major pop hits for other artists, including Miley Cyrus tracks such as «Slide Away» and «Don't Call Me Angel». She has also collaborated with artists like Tove Lo, Martin Solveig, French Montana and Charli XCX, cementing her reputation as a versatile presence in contemporary European pop.
