Alfred García

Alfred García is a Spanish singer-songwriter from Sabadell, near Barcelona, who rose to national prominence after competing on Operación Triunfo 2017, one of Spain's most popular television talent competitions. He finished among the show's finalists and, alongside fellow contestant Amaia, won the program's «Gala Eurovisión» to represent Spain at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest with the duet «Tu canción».

His music blends pop with rock and rap influences, often built around confessional, emotionally direct lyrics delivered in a warm, conversational vocal style. Much of his early material, including songs written during his time on the show, fed into his debut studio album, 1016, which established him as a songwriter capable of moving beyond the talent-show format into a lasting solo career.

Songs such as «Que Nos Sigan Las Luces», «Por Si Te Hace Falta», and «La Ciudad» showcase his range between anthemic pop and more intimate, acoustic-leaning tracks, while «Et Vull Veure» reflects his use of Catalan alongside Spanish in his songwriting.
