Adamski

Adamski is a British electronic musician and producer who emerged from the UK's late-1980s acid house and rave scene. He is best known for the 1990 single «Killer», a collaboration with singer Seal that topped the UK charts and became one of the defining dance-pop crossover hits of its era, blending Adamski's synth and sequencer-driven production with Seal's soulful vocal.

Before that breakthrough, Adamski had already built a reputation within the acid house underground with tracks like «N-R-G», a keyboard-driven instrumental that captured the raw, machine-heavy energy of early UK rave culture. His sound generally favored playful, catchy synthesizer hooks over the harder, more industrial textures some of his peers pursued, giving his records a poppier, more accessible edge even within an underground scene.

After «Killer», Adamski continued releasing material such as «Get Your Body» and «The Space Jungle», exploring different corners of dance and pop-oriented electronic music, though none matched the commercial impact of his collaboration with Seal. He remains a notable figure in the history of British dance music as one of the artists who helped bring acid house sounds into the mainstream pop charts at the turn of the 1990s.
