Lianne La Havas

Lianne La Havas is an English singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist born in London in 1989, celebrated for a warm, jazz-inflected soul and folk sound built around intricate acoustic and electric guitar work and a rich, versatile voice. She emerged in the early 2010s as part of a wave of British neo-soul artists and was shortlisted for the BBC's Sound of 2012, gaining early attention for her intimate live performances and songwriting depth.

Her 2012 debut album «Is Your Love Big Enough?» established her blend of soul, folk and pop songwriting, while her 2015 follow-up «Blood», partly recorded with a live band and drawing on her Greek and Jamaican heritage, earned a Grammy nomination for Best Urban Contemporary Album and further cemented her critical reputation. Her self-titled third album continued to showcase her guitar-centric arrangements and emotionally direct lyricism, including a widely praised cover of Radiohead's «Weird Fishes».
