JUNNY (주니)

JUNNY is a singer-songwriter born and raised in Vancouver, Canada, who relocated to South Korea in December 2018 to pursue a full-time music career. His sound blends R&B, pop, rock and rap influences, marked by smooth, breathy vocals and moody, atmospheric production, placing him within the wave of diaspora-Korean artists who bridge Western R&B sensibilities with the Korean music scene.

He debuted in April 2017 with the EP «Monochrome» and continued to build his catalog with releases such as «Vivid Pt. 1» in 2019. Songs like «CLOUD 9», «INVITATION» and «Thank You» showcase his knack for melodic, emotionally intimate songwriting, often exploring themes of love, loneliness and self-reflection over laid-back, groove-driven instrumentals.

Beyond his own releases, JUNNY has become an in-demand songwriter and collaborator within K-pop and K-R&B circles, having contributed writing to artists including IU, NCT and EXO.
