Jay Park (박재범)

Jay Park, born Park Jae-beom, is a Korean-American rapper, singer, and entrepreneur who has become one of the most influential figures in Korean hip-hop and R&B. He first rose to fame as a member and leader of the K-pop group 2PM under JYP Entertainment before departing the group and reinventing himself as a solo hip-hop and R&B artist.

After going independent, Park built a career defined by genre-blending records that fuse rap, R&B, pop, and electronic elements, often exploring themes of identity, resilience, and personal growth. He is also a major industry entrepreneur, founding the label AOMG and later H1GHR MUSIC, both of which have become key hubs for Korean hip-hop talent.
