HEALTH

HEALTH is an experimental band formed in Los Angeles in 2005, originally emerging from the city's noise and DIY underground scene. The core lineup has centered on Jake Duzsik on vocals and guitar, John Famiglietti on bass and electronics, and BJ Miller on drums, with the group evolving over time from abrasive noise-rock into a broader mix of electronic, industrial, and pop sensibilities.

Across their catalog HEALTH have moved fluidly between harsh, distorted soundscapes and glossier synth-driven production, often pairing aggressive rhythms with melodic, almost dreamlike vocals. That range has made them a recurring presence in video game soundtracks, most notably their work scoring «Max Payne 3» and contributing to «Rock Band», which introduced them to audiences well beyond the noise-rock world they started in.

HEALTH have also built a reputation through remix work and collaborations spanning electronic and hip hop artists, reflecting the band's restless approach to genre.
