Hardwell

Hardwell, born Robbert van de Corput, is a Dutch DJ and producer from Breda who became one of the defining figures of big room house in the early 2010s. He began producing and DJing as a teenager, releasing tracks under various aliases before establishing himself under the Hardwell name, and rose rapidly through the international festival circuit through remixes and collaborations that fused progressive house with anthemic, festival-ready builds and drops.

His global breakthrough came with the release of «Spaceman» and a string of collaborative singles, cementing his reputation as one of the most in-demand headliners at major electronic festivals such as Tomorrowland and Ultra Music Festival. He was twice named the world's number one DJ in the DJ Mag Top 100 poll, becoming the youngest artist ever to hold that title, and he founded the label Revealed Recordings to support both his own output and a roster of rising producers.

Beyond his club-focused work, Hardwell has released tracks that blend electronic production with pop and vocal-driven songwriting, working with a wide range of vocalists and co-producers over the years. His sound is characterized by soaring melodic hooks, powerful drops, and a festival-oriented production style that helped define the sound of mainstream EDM during his peak years.
