AG Club

AG CLUB is a music collective from the East Bay Area of San Francisco, California, formed in Brentwood in 2017. The group went through earlier names, Nameless Collective and Sugar Free, before settling on AG CLUB, short for «Avant Garde Club», a name that reflects their genre-blending ambitions across rap, R&B, indie rock, and pop.

Their sound draws heavily on Memphis rap textures fused with alternative and indie sensibilities, resulting in songs like «Memphis», its sequel «Memphis, Pt. 2», «Hngover», «COLUMBIA» and «HOT PINK» that mix gritty trap-influenced production with melodic, sometimes rock-leaning songwriting. This eclectic approach has positioned them as part of a wave of young collectives blurring the lines between hip-hop and alternative music scenes.

The group's members include Baby Boy, Jody Fontaine, and Mick Anthony as the core singers, rappers, and instrumentalists, supported by visual and creative directors 777MEDIA and Ivan Collaco, with early production work handled by Luis Garcia, known as Loui or VLADISSXXUMI. AG CLUB's collaborative, DIY-rooted approach and visual identity have made them a notable name among Bay Area rap collectives of their generation.
