Bobby Vinton, nascido Stanley Robert Vinton Jr. em 16 de abril de 1935, é um cantor e compositor americano de pop cujas baladas orquestrais e refinadas o tornaram uma das vozes definidoras do início e meados dos anos 60. Apelidado de «O Príncipe Polonês» por sua herança polonesa, cultivou um repertório de pop romântico distante do rock and roll emergente.
Seu maior sucesso, «Blue Velvet», versão de uma gravação anterior de Tony Bennett, chegou ao topo da Billboard Hot 100 em 1963 e mais tarde inspirou um filme homônimo bastante conhecido. Outros sucessos como «Roses Are Red», «My Special Angel» e «Mr. Lonely» reforçaram sua fama de intérprete de baladas sentimentais para o público adulto.
