Ufo361

Ufo361, born Ufuk Bayraktar in Berlin in 1988, is a German rapper of Turkish descent who grew up in the Kreuzberg district and got his start in the local hip-hop scene as a graffiti writer before moving into music. His early sound was rooted in boom-bap, later shifting toward trap after he was influenced by American artists such as Future, Migos and 21 Savage, which helped him become one of the pioneers of trap sound in German-language rap.

He is known for a distinctive Berlin-accented delivery, marked by his characteristic pronunciation and recurring catchphrases like «Ihr wisst Bescheid» and his trademark ad-lib chant. In 2017 he founded his own label, Stay High, through which he has released his own music and supported other artists. After announcing what seemed to be a retirement in a 2018 farewell video, he returned roughly a year later with the comeback album WAVE, continuing to build a large catalog of albums and mixtapes.

Ufo361 remains one of the most consistent and commercially successful figures in German trap and rap, having helped shape the genre's sound and slang for a generation of listeners, with tracks like «Für die Gang» and «04:30» among his best-known work.
