Sway in the Morning

Sway in the Morning is a weekday morning show broadcast on Shade 45, Eminem’s channel on SiriusXM satellite radio. The program is hosted by Sway Calloway, a veteran hip-hop journalist and MTV personality, alongside co-hosts Heather B. and Tracy G. Since launching, it has become one of the most respected platforms in hip-hop media, known for candid interviews and its willingness to let artists speak at length about their careers and craft.

The show’s signature segment, The 5 Fingers of Death, has become a rite of passage for rappers.
