Skengdo

Skengdo is a South London rapper and a founding member of 410, a UK drill collective from Kennington that emerged as one of the genre's leading crews alongside rival collectives such as Harlem Spartans. He is best known as one half of the duo Skengdo x AM, whose contrasting vocal styles, AM's deeper, aggressive delivery against Skengdo's higher-pitched, laid-back flow, became a defining blueprint for how UK drill duos work off one another.

Skengdo has built a reputation for rapid, technically dense double-time flows, a style most visibly showcased on tracks like his solo «No Doubt», widely regarded as one of his strongest individual performances and a showcase of his ability to shift between measured delivery and rapid-fire bursts. Alongside AM, he released a string of drill anthems that helped push the sound of Kennington and South London drill into the wider UK rap conversation, with the «Crash» series, including «Crash» and «Crash 2.0», standing among his most recognized tracks.

Beyond music, Skengdo x AM became a notable flashpoint in the UK's ongoing debate over drill and its legal scrutiny after being handed a suspended sentence tied to performing lyrics from a prior track, a case that drew significant media and industry attention to the policing of drill music in Britain. He continues to release both collaborative and solo material, with tracks like «Mansa Musa», «Pitbulls» and «2 Bunny» extending his catalogue.
