SCH, born Julien Schwarzer in 1993 in Aubagne near Marseille, is one of the most distinctive voices in French rap. His stage name derives from a childhood nickname referencing German tailoring, a nod to his German heritage and to the clipped, staccato flow that marked his earliest recordings. Spotted by Lacrim, who featured him on the R.I.P.R.O mixtape series, SCH quickly built a cult following before his 2015 mixtape «A7» became a defining release of the mid-2010s French rap scene.

His debut studio album «Anarchie» (2016) confirmed his ability to blend cinematic, often mafia-inspired storytelling with dark, minimal production. Tracks like «Champs-Élysées» and «Otto» showcased a moody, atmospheric sound built around heavy bass and theatrical delivery, setting him apart from more commercial trap of the era.

Over the following years SCH developed a persona built around secrecy, visual mythology and cinematic album concepts, releasing further projects such as «JVLIVS» and continuing to headline major French venues. Known for his reluctance to give interviews and his tightly controlled public image, he remains a singular figure in French rap, respected for his production choices and narrative ambition as much as for hits like «Fusil», «Allo maman» and «Gomorra».
