SahBabii, born Saaheem Malik Valdery in Chicago in 1997, is an American rapper based in Atlanta known for a distinctive, high-pitched melodic flow layered over hazy, ad-lib-heavy trap production. Raised in Chicago's south side before relocating to Atlanta's 9th Ward as a teenager to be closer to family, he developed his early sound with the help of his brother and fellow artist T3, who produced and mastered his first mixtapes.

His 2016 single «Pull Up wit ah Stick» became a viral breakout, drawing unofficial remixes and attention from artists including Lil Wayne, T-Pain, Wiz Khalifa, and Drake, and it helped define his eccentric, playful, anime- and nature-referencing lyrical style. That same year's S.A.N.D.A.S. established him as a distinct voice in the Atlanta trap scene, later reissued through Warner Bros.

SahBabii followed with a string of projects — Squidtastic in 2018, 3P in 2019, and Barnacles in 2020 — building a cult following for his idiosyncratic imagery, from marine and animal motifs to video-game and anime references, before releasing his debut studio album, Do It for Demon, in 2021. His songs, including «Anime World» and «Tonight», are known for blending melodic hooks with unconventional, whimsical subject matter rare in mainstream trap music.
