RAM

RAM (real name Sergei Zhelnov, born November 29, 1991, in Nizhnevartovsk) is a Russian rapper who first gained wide recognition as one half of the duo SIDODGI DUBOSHIT alongside SID, delivering technically dense rap built on dark, amoral punchlines. The duo paused its joint work in 2017 so both artists could pursue solo careers, and RAM has since built a catalog spanning aggressive rap alongside electronic, rock and pop textures, as heard on tracks like «Токсин (Toxin)», «Magnitude» and «Gang Bang».

Between 2018 and 2021 RAM competed in several battle-rap formats under the Versus Battle banner, winning an a cappella bout against Andy Cartwright and BPM, facing Mufasah in another matchup, placing fourth in the 17th independent online battle, and later appearing in Pro Battl. This battle pedigree reinforced his reputation for technical wordplay and sharp punchlines.

Beyond his solo work, RAM is a member of s3xtape, a project with a noticeably softer sound than his main output, and together with its members he also formed the joke group HROMAYAKOZA — a non-commercial side project made purely for fun rather than serious release.
