Pi'erre Bourne

Pi'erre Bourne, born Jordan Timothy Jenks on September 19, 1993, is an American record producer, recording artist and engineer from Columbia, South Carolina. He rose to prominence in the mid-2010s as a producer within the Atlanta hip-hop scene, becoming closely associated with Playboi Carti, for whom he produced much of the breakout mixtape material, including the hit «Magnolia».

His production style is instantly recognizable: bright, playful synth melodies, bouncy trap drums, and a distinctive spoken vocal tag announcing his name at the start of beats. Beyond Playboi Carti, he has produced for a wide range of major artists including Kanye West, Lil Uzi Vert, Drake and Travis Scott, helping shape the sound of late-2010s and 2020s melodic trap and rage-adjacent hip-hop.

In addition to producing for others, Pi'erre Bourne has built a substantial career as a solo artist and rapper, releasing his own projects and singles such as «Switching Lanes» and «Big Purr (Prrdd)», blending his production sensibilities with his own laid-back, melodic rapping. He also founded his own label and creative outlet through which he has developed newer artists, cementing his role as both a hitmaking producer and an independent voice in modern hip-hop.
