PA Sports

PA Sports, born Parham Vakili, is a German rapper of Iranian descent from Essen. He began rapping as a teenager under the name PA Lyricist, taking part in freestyle battles before founding the crew Das Kollektiv. His early work caught the attention of Eko Fresh, leading to a collaboration with producer Kingsize and PA Sports' first solo tracks. In 2006 he teamed up with KC Rebell to form the duo SAW (Schwarz auf Weiß), releasing a mixtape and an album together.

After further collaborations, including with Manuellsen, PA Sports launched his solo career in earnest with the 2011 debut album Streben nach Glück, followed by yearly releases such as Vom Glück zurück, Machtwechsel and H.A.Z.E. In 2014 he founded his own label, Life is Pain, signing Kianush as its first artist and releasing the joint album Desperadoz with him.

Musically, PA Sports blends hard-hitting German rap with pop, R&B and rock influences, often exploring themes of struggle, ambition and personal history, including his Iranian roots on tracks like «Azizam 2015» and «Zendegi». Songs such as «Makellos», «Mörder» and «Sie will» reflect his versatility across the German hip-hop scene.
