Orville Peck

Orville Peck is a masked, mysterious singer-songwriter who reinvented outlaw country for a new generation. Concealing his identity behind a fringed leather mask, he built a persona shrouded in myth while singing openly about queer love, longing and heartbreak — themes rarely foregrounded in mainstream country music. His breakout debut album, «Pony» (2019), paired a rich baritone reminiscent of classic country crooners with hazy, shoegaze-tinged production, earning him instant critical acclaim and comparisons to both Roy Orbison and Chris Isaak.

He followed with the «Show Pony» EP (2020), featuring a widely noted duet with Shania Twain on «Legends Never Die», and the full-length «Bronco» (2022), which pushed his sound toward a bigger, more polished Nashville palette while keeping his cinematic, dust-blown imagery intact.
