Ninho

Ninho, born William Nzobazola on 2nd April 1996, is a French rapper of Congolese origin who grew up in Yerres, Essonne, before moving to Nemours, Seine-et-Marne. He began rapping around age twelve and built his name through a string of mixtapes released between 2014 and 2016, developing a melodic, hook-driven style that blends trap production with catchy pop sensibilities, setting him apart from more traditional French rap.

His 2017 debut studio album Comme prévu was a breakthrough commercial success, propelled by hit singles like «De l’autre côté» and «Mamacita». The album’s near-total certification of its tracklist signaled his arrival as one of the defining voices of a new generation of French rap. Throughout 2018 he became one of the genre’s most sought-after collaborators, appearing on numerous hit features while also releasing his own surprise mixtape.

Ninho’s music is marked by introspective storytelling about street life, ambition, and personal relationships, delivered over smooth, radio-friendly beats.
