Nimo

Nimo, born Nima Yaghobi on December 25, 1995 in Karlsruhe, is a German rapper of Iranian descent who emerged from the Frankfurt rap scene. He built his early career on the independent label 385ideal, where he became known for a melodic, hook-driven style that blends trap production with Persian and Middle Eastern musical influences, a combination that helped set him apart within German-language rap.

After leaving 385ideal in 2020, Nimo founded his own label, Moonboys Entertainment, operating in partnership with Warner Music. This move gave him greater creative and business control while keeping access to major-label distribution and marketing reach. His catalog includes tracks such as «Nie wieder», «Heute mit mir», «KEIN SCHLAF», «Bitter», «Flouz kommt Flouz geht», «KARMA», «Ideal» and «LFR», showcasing his range from introspective, emotionally charged songs to more upbeat, club-oriented rap.

Nimo is regarded as one of the distinctive voices in contemporary German rap, valued for a sound that merges Western trap aesthetics with Oriental melodic elements, and for lyrics that often touch on loyalty, hustle, love and personal struggle.
