Neo Pistea, born Sebastián Ezequiel Chinellato on October 5, 1994, in Buenos Aires, is one of the leading figures of Argentine trap. He got his start rapping as a teenager alongside collectives like King Team and Vasuras Crew, cutting his teeth in the freestyle and underground rap scene that gave rise to Argentina's trap explosion. His breakthrough came in 2016 with a string of hits, including «Elvira», «Oro Y Perfume», and the original version of «Tumbando El Club», tracks that established his aggressive, melodic flow and helped define the emerging genre's sound.

Neo Pistea's rise coincided with the formation of two pivotal collectives in Argentine trap history: KMD Label in 2017 and #ModoDiablo in 2018, both of which brought together key artists of the scene and helped push trap into the cultural mainstream in Latin America.
