Mario Judah

Mario Judah is an American rapper, singer and producer from Flint, Michigan, now based in Atlanta. He began making beats as a teenager but did not release music publicly until 2020, quickly building a distinctive sound that fuses trap rap with hard rock and metal influences, including screamed vocals and a signature vibrato singing style.

His breakout came with «Die Very Rough» in late 2020, followed by the viral «Bih Yah», a Playboi Carti-inspired track that was widely read as a pointed jab meant to pressure Carti into releasing his own long-delayed album. The song brought Judah sudden mainstream attention and a large online following almost overnight.

Judah self-produces and engineers nearly all of his own material, drawing on artists like Chief Keef, Young Thug and Migos alongside rock acts such as Breaking Benjamin, Five Finger Death Punch and Pantera. His debut EP «Whole Lotta Red» and songs like «I Miss the Rage» and «Love You Anymore» cemented his reputation as one of the more genre-defying figures to emerge from the SoundCloud-adjacent rage and rap-rock scene of the early 2020s.
