LUCKI

LUCKI (born Lucki Camel Jr., May 30, 1996) is a rapper and producer from Chicago who emerged from the city's underground scene in the early 2010s, initially recording as Lucki Eck$. Inspired by Chief Keef and Lil Wayne, he dropped out of high school as a teenager to focus on music, gaining attention with the 2013 mixtape «Alternative Trap» before following up with more introspective, drug-themed projects like «Body High» and «X».

LUCKI's sound sits at the intersection of rap, R&B and hazy electronic textures, marked by a laid-back, melodic delivery and lyrics that dwell on addiction, heartbreak and emotional numbness rather than typical Chicago drill aggression.
