Lethal Bizzle

Lethal Bizzle, born Maxwell Owusu-Ansah, is an English rapper and grime pioneer from Walthamstow, East London. He first came to prominence as a member of More Fire Crew, whose single «Oi!» reached the UK Top 10 in the early 2000s and became one of grime's earliest crossover hits, helping bring the genre's aggressive energy into the mainstream.

As a solo artist, Lethal Bizzle became known for confrontational, high-energy anthems that bridged grime and mainstream UK rap. His single «Pow! (Forward)» became notorious for being banned from clubs and radio due to fears it incited violence at raves, yet it still charted and cemented his reputation as one of grime's most provocative voices. Later tracks like «Fester Skank» and «Pow 2011», a reworking of his earlier hit with a new generation of grime and rap artists, kept him relevant across shifting eras of UK street music.

Over a career spanning two decades, Lethal Bizzle has released multiple albums, including Against All Oddz and Back to Bizznizz, and collaborated with artists such as Skepta on «I Win». Known for adapting his sound across grime, rap and dance-influenced tracks like «Rari WorkOut», he remains a respected elder statesman of the UK grime scene and a bridge between its early-2000s roots and its later mainstream success.
