L'Entourage

L'Entourage is a French rap collective founded in Paris in 2008, bringing together a group of rappers who each pursued individual careers while periodically reuniting under the crew banner. Members including Nekfeu, Alpha Wann, Deen Burbigo, Doums and Jazzy Bazz became some of the most prominent names in French rap over the following decade, giving the collective outsized influence on the genre's sound and culture in France.

The group's music blends dense, wordplay-heavy verses with boom-bap and jazz-inflected production, reflecting the Parisian underground scene from which it emerged. Tracks such as «Les rois», «Jim Morrison» and «Invasion» showcase the crew's collective chemistry, with multiple MCs trading verses over moody, sample-based beats, while freestyles like «Hail Mary (Freestyle)» and «Freestyle PDG» highlight individual members' technical skill outside of structured songs.
