KYLE, born Kyle Thomas Harvey on May 18, 1993, in Ventura, California, is a rapper and singer who built his following through social media and a series of self-released mixtapes, first as K.i.D in his high school years and later under the KYLE and SuperDuperKyle names. His early tapes, including 2013's Beautiful Loser and 2015's Smyle, helped him develop the melodic, upbeat rap-singing style that would define his career.

His breakout single «iSpy», featuring Lil Yachty, became a top-10 hit and introduced his playful, sunny take on rap to a mainstream audience, standing in contrast to darker contemporary trends in the genre.
