Koriass is a rapper from Quebec, Canada, who emerged from the province's underground battle-rap scene as a teenager, co-founding the crew Raide-Aktion alongside Faze0ne and Kontroverss before launching a solo career. Sharpening his craft through freestyle battles, he became one of the pivotal figures in modernizing Quebec hip-hop, helping open the door for the wave of artists such as Dead Obies and Loud Lary Ajust that followed him.

His music is known for confessional, introspective lyricism delivered in French, often confronting personal struggle and vulnerability with wit and technical precision.
