Khia is an American rapper, songwriter and singer from Florida who emerged in the early 2000s as one of the more explicit and unapologetic voices in Southern hip-hop. She built her reputation on raw, sexually direct lyrics delivered over bounce-influenced beats, positioning herself within the Miami bass and crunk-adjacent scene that was reshaping mainstream rap at the time.

Her defining moment came with «My Neck, My Back (Lick It)», a explicit anthem that became a massive crossover hit despite — or because of — its uncensored content, spreading through clubs and radio edits alike and turning Khia into a recognizable name well beyond the Southern rap circuit.
