Kaza is a French rapper and singer from the Larris neighborhood in Val-de-Fontenay, born on December 21, 2000. He emerged as part of a new generation of artists from his neighborhood alongside rappers such as Gambi, and is the younger brother of rapper Enfantdepauvres, situating him within a small but tightly connected local scene in the Paris suburbs.

His debut studio project, Heartbreak Life, was released on March 6, 2020, and included «HRTBRK #2», which became his breakout hit and earned him a gold single certification in France — his first official certification. The «HRTBRK» series, continued with entries like «HRTBRK #3» and «HRTBRK #4», became a signature thread running through his catalogue, built around melodic, emotionally direct rap-sung hybrids that blend French rap cadences with R&B-influenced hooks and pop sensibilities.
