Kaydy Cain

Kaydy Cain, born Daniel Gómez Carrero on February 12, 1990, in Carabanchel, a working-class district of Madrid, is a Spanish rapper who rose to prominence as a member of the trap collective PXXR GVNG (later renamed Los Santos). Alongside artists like Yung Beef and Khaled, the group is credited with pioneering Spanish-language trap in the mid-2010s, bringing a raw, street-level aesthetic and reggaeton- and trap-derived production to a Spanish rap scene that had previously been dominated by more traditional hip-hop.

After the group's various offshoots, Kaydy Cain built a substantial solo career defined by a laid-back, melodic flow layered over trap and reggaeton instrumentals, often carrying pointed social or personal messages beneath a party-ready surface. Songs such as «Perdedores del Barrio», «Putos», «Givenchy», and «Dime» showcase his ability to move between introspective storytelling and hedonistic street anthems.

His work «En el Infierno de Tu Gloria» and collaborations across the Spanish and Latin American trap scenes have cemented his role as one of the genre's most recognizable Spanish voices.
